We have a team of professionals from various disciplines and direct support professionals who make up the interdisciplinary team who work with the individuals to meet their personal goals, participate in activities, and community integration. We pride in providing expert daily in-home services to help individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve the highest possible level of independence while relieving their families and caregivers or the caregiving responsibilities. Participants are encouraged to make input into decision making about their lives and the services they receive to the fullest extent possible.
